The majority of their products are naturally dairy and casein free, including their gluten free products. All of their cereals and grains are also dairy and casein free. The Bob's Red Mill range includes: tasty hot cereal, rolled oats, quick cooking oats, etc.

Earthshine
Earthshine produces a range of raw vegan products of the highest quality. They strive at all times to source organic ingredients and use careful drying methods in order to preserve the food's full spectrum of nutrients. Their cereal is buckwheat based, sprouted and dried, with a selection of unsulphared dried fruit, seeds and nuts.

Entice Health Foods
The Entice range includes 3 types of muesli & cereals: *Puffed Rice and Sorghum Muesli with sultanas, seeds and sweetened with agave - this muesli is oat free and high in nutrition from the nuts and seeds. *Rice Muesli with almonds, seeds and sultanas, sweetened with sugar - full of nuts, sultanas and seeds. *Choc Rice cereal made with toasted rice, cocoa and sugar. All high in dietary fiber and protein. The range also offers cereal ingredients for mixing your own muesli: toasted rice, puffed rice, puffed sorghum.

Jungle Oats
Jungle Oats were Tiger Brands first product - an oatmeal cereal brand then called Tiger Oats. They contain plenty of fibre and protein, and only 138 calories per serving and are sugar-free. Provided you eat it with water or non-dairy milk, it is suitable for vegans.
Jungle Oatso Easy Original is also vegan and low GI too. However, all other Oatso Easy varieties contain milk solids (in the creamer ingredient) and should be avoided.

Kellogg's
Most of the Kellogg's ready-to-eat breakfast cereals are free from animal ingredients and are suitable for consumption by vegans. The cereals are grain based, made from wheat, rice, corn, rye, or barley. To ensure an optimum balance of nutrients for breakfast, vitamins A, B & C, and iron are added.
The Kellogg's ready-to-eat vegan breakfast cereal range includes Rice Krispies, Coco Pops, All-Bran, Nutri-Grain, Frosties, Strawberry Pops and, of course, Corn Flakes., Special K, Coco Pops Cereal & Milk Bars, and Nutri-Grain Honey-Malt are not suitable for vegans.

Thistlewood
Thistlewood produces a Low GI Toasted Muesli with added cranberries. This muesli is suitable for vegans and is specially formulated using whole rolled oats and wheat, nuts and seeds for sustained energy. Sweetness is controlled carefully using dried cranberries, sultanas and a little sugar to give just a hint without adding unwanted energy. Woolworths home brand has an extensive range of vegan cereals. These include French Vanilla Granola; Fruity Muesli; Slimmers Choice Cranberry & Cherry Cereal, and Baked Muesli; Bran Flakes Plain, and with Fruit & Nuts; Corn Flakes; Puffed Rice; Special Choice Multigrain Flakes with Berries, and with Rice and Wheat Flakes; Low GI Wild Berry Baked Muesli; Original Instant Oats; Quik Oats; and Rolled Oats.
