Biddy's patties are low GI, wholesome, homemade and crammed with lots of veggies, pulses, herbs and spices. Rich in fibre, flavoursome and easy to prepare. All products use 100% biodegradable packaging.

Earth Products
Tofu is a purely soya-bean based food found in many vegan recipes. It constitutes an excellent source of plant protein. These tofu burgers use tofu as the major ingredient, are gluten-free (most veggie burgers will use gluten as a binder) and are pre-baked.
Available from most health shops, several Spars, and Pick n Pay (franchise stores, not the corporate stores).
