Gourmet Vegan Foods Seitan
Seitan is a 'gluten wheat' product that has the closest taste to meat. It is so versatile, it can be braaied, grilled, used in curries, fried, ftir fried, steamed, used as a topping on pizzas, etc.. It's cholesterol free, very low in fats, contains up to 75% protein and contains iron and calcium. It's freakin' vegan-licious!!!

Health Connection Wholefoods
Health Connection is a local company that sources a wide range of foodstuffs, including soya chunks and soya mince.
The soya chunks go down well with a rich curry or gravy, among humans and their 4 legged friends alike. The soya mince can be used as a vegan replacement for minced beef.

Itau Soya
Flavoured and unflavoured, defatted, non-GMO soya mince. Used as a meal or in the making of patties, sausages, meat balls, stews and pastas, as a meat replacer. Available in 200g packets, 5 & 10 kg packs.

Knorrox Soya Mince
Soy granules is a great alternative if you're cooking vegan faux minced meat dishes, such as Spaghetti Bolognaise, Shepherd's or Cottage Pie, Lasagne, curries, stews ... you've got the picture.
In the Knorrox soya mince range the following flavours are suitable for vegans: Chicken; Curry; Oxtail, Tomato & Onion. The following flavours are not suitable: Beef & Onion, Mutton; Savoury; Chilli Beef.

Mediterranean Delicacies
Mediterranean Delicacies Vegetarian Pate is a vegan recipe made from aubergine for plenty of texture and flavour. Made to a tradition Greek recipe, it is perfect on bread or crackers.
Vegetarian pate is much healthier and lower in fat than the real thing. Cavi-Art® - Black, Red and Wasabi green - are a caviar substitute made of seaweed. Seaweed caviar is used as caviar in both hot and cold dishes. The natural pigments in the product do not discolour. Cavi-Art® is therefore very suitable as decoration or as a delicious snack.
