Jonday Foods
Jonday Foods is a producer of vegan snack meals. They manufacture vegan samoosas in spicy vegetable, potato and (GM) soy mince flavours. Samosas are triangular Indian pastries, folded around a spicy and savoury filling. Their savoury vegetable spring rolls are also vegan.

Most of the dishes in this vegetarian range contain dairy products however the Moroccan Tagine with Couscous is vegan. The tagine of lentils, chickpeas, butternut and apricots is delicately spiced and topped with chopped dates and fresh coriander.
