Health Nation ready made meals
Curries, stews and sauces - the menu changes weekly so why not sign up for their newsletter and receive regular updates on what's available. All meals are packed in 400g portions and are available fresh or frozen for collection only by prior arrangement from their shop. Regular staples include Lentil and Sweet Potato Curry, Peperonata and Oriental Vegetable Stew with lemongrass and ginger.

Jonday Foods is a producer of vegan snack meals. They manufacture vegan samoosas in spicy vegetable, potato and (GM) soy mince flavours. Samosas are triangular Indian pastries, folded around a spicy and savoury filling. Their savoury vegetable spring rolls are also vegan.

Most of the dishes in this vegetarian range contain dairy products however the Moroccan Tagine with Couscous is vegan. The tagine of lentils, chickpeas, butternut and apricots is delicately spiced and topped with chopped dates and fresh coriander. It is served with Moroccan-spiced couscous, combined with roasted, flaked almonds, sultanas and Valencia orange juice.
