5 Colour Salad
Select a variety of vegetables in season. Use different colours and textures, e.g. red pepper, celery, cauliflower, sweetcorn, cucumber OR add to one vegetable, e.g. spiralized butternut.
- Dice, slice and spiralize your vegetables.
- Mix in a few nuts/seeds of your choice, e.g. almonds will work well.
- Add the delicious Wave-Your-Wand Salad Dressing.
- Toss and eat!
