Banana Cocoa Shake
Rich in protein, this shake will provide you with the necessary boost to keep you awake and alert.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen banana, cut into pieces ½ cup of chilled silken tofu ½ cup soy milk or almond milk 3 Tbsp of cocoa powder 1 tsp flaxseed powder
Cooking Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and then blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass and garnish with dark chocolate.
