Raw Vegan Falafel Pita

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you reach a homogenous consistency.

Ingredients

Raw Vegan Falafel Pita Falafel balls:

1 cup carrot pulp (residue after juicing carrots for carrot juice)
¼ cup sunflower seeds
⅓ cup green onion
50g sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
1 tsp tahini
