Sweet Potato and Chickpea Cutlets
Vegan cutlets with a hint of Indian spice.
1 can drained chickpeas
Same amount of drained and cooked sweet potatoes
¾ cup of breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp each geera and garam masala
2 tsp of turmeric
Pinch of sea salt.
2 Tbsp ground chia seeds mixed with 5 Tbsp of water
- Break the chickpeas with a fork and mix all the ingredients together into a smooth mixture. Let it rest for an hour or so in the fridge.
- Shape the patties by hand and fry until golden brown.
