Wave-Your-Wand Salad Dressing
Just as Cinderella’s godmother transformed a pumpkin into a splendid coach, this salad dressing will transform any salad or vegetable dish into a delicious meal!
Ingredients
¼ cup cashew/macadamia nuts 1 tsp lemon juice (lemons differ in taste, so adjust accordingly – you may need more) 1 tsp agave nectar 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp tamari ½ clove garlic ½ deseeded chilli Thumb size fresh ginger Salt to taste (adjust once you have added to the salad ingredients) Water (can be added if it is too thick, use less and judge if all is needed – less if using macadamia nuts as cashews tend to be creamier in this recipe)
Cooking Instructions
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve on any salad.
